Our Policies
Cancellations
Your appointment time was reserved just for you. Kindly notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or No Shows will result in a full service charge fee.
Late Arrivals
To ensure all appointments begin on time please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. All appointments must conclude at their originally scheduled times. You will be charged for the full amount of service.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates must be presented at time of redemption. Gift certificates are non-refundable and have no cash value. Massages for Health is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
Multiple Appointments
Multiple appointments must be reserved with a credit card or gift certificate number. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in a full service charge fee.
Forms of Payment
We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and debit. A $30 fee will be charged for any returned checks.
Services
We reserve the right to stop service at any time at our discretion.
Packages
Packages are non-refundable and have no cash value. Package treatments may not be exchanged for other services.
Returns
Unopened merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase with receipt. No refunds on opened merchandise.
Health Issues
It is the client responsibility to inform Massages for Health and its employees of any health issues and medications before receiving any treatment. It is also important to the client's health, and our ability to safely service our clients, for the client to notify Massages for Health staff, of any changes in health and medication prior to treatments.
